Electrical Project Manager
Job Description: Oversee multiple electrical installation projects within light industrial and distribution center environmentsManage the execution of electrical work for material handling and conveyor system installationsCoordinate field supervisors, electricians, subcontractors, vendors, and customers to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budgetRequirements: Experience managing industrial electrical installation projectsBackground with an electrical contractor performing installation work in light industrial or distribution center environmentsExperience managing electrical crews and/or subcontracted electriciansExperience managing procurement, material delivery, and site logisticsConduct project progress reviews and provide regular reportingAbility to identify schedule risks and implement corrective action plansAbility to support resolution of field issues impacting installation progressExperience with material handling systems, conveyor power installation, or warehouse buildoutsStrong working knowledge of NEC and industrial electrical standardsAbility to review and interpret electrical one-lines, layout drawings, and installation printsExperience managing multiple fast-paced installation projects simultaneouslyExperience in monitoring project budgets and maintaining cost controlAbility to read and interpret electrical drawings and installation documentsEnsure adherence to safety standards and OSHA complianceTravel to project sites as requiredValid driver's licenseAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningExperience working in distribution facilities for Amazon, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or similar logistics clients (preferred)Experience with power distribution systems (480V), MCCs, panels, conduit, and cable tray installations (preferred)PMP certification (preferred but not required)Proficiency with scheduling software (MS Project or similar)Benefits: Competitive compensation (commensurate with experience)Paid vacation and sick leaveMedical and dental insurance401(k) retirement planLife insurance and long-term disability coverage
