Senior Python Developer / Gen AI Developer

You will work alongside some of the smartest minds in the industry who are excited to share their knowledge and to learn from you.\n\nContract Duration: 6+ Months\n\nRequired Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience 8+ Years in Python and AI (with 2+ year focused on GenAI/Agentic runtime):Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face libraries.GenAI Experience: Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, and fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA).API & Backend: Proven ability to integrate AI models into web applications via APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic).Software Engineering: Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including Git, CI/CD, and Docker.Experience system analysis and in programming of software applicationsExperience in implementing successful projectsExperience in Agile Software methodology using JIRARelevant experience in preparing Software design artifacts including Architecture, flowcharts and Sequence diagrams.Experience in performing effective code and design reviews.Demonstrated leadership and project management skillsConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication\n\nDesired Skills & ExperienceExperience with multimodal AI models (image, video, audio generation).Published AI/LLM research or contributions to open-source AI projects.Background in AI governance or safety policy development.Experience with React.\n\n\nWhat You Will Be DoingPartner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvementsResolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standardsProvide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprintUtilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementationDevelop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goalsProvide in depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutionsServe as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary\n
