If you're passionate about continuous improvement, team leadership, and high-reliability electronics, we’d love to hear from you.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nAs the Manager – Manufacturing Engineering, you’ll lead a high-performing team focused on developing and sustaining test and manufacturing processes. You'll drive operational excellence across the product lifecycle—from new product introduction through to full-scale production.\n\nQualifications\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead and mentor a team of engineers supporting manufacturing, test, and integration processes.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Quality, R&D, Planning, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless operations.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methodologies.\nOversee test equipment validation, production workflows, and product lifecycle transitions.\nEnsure on-time delivery, quality compliance, and a safe, efficient manufacturing environment.\nGuide technical documentation, training programs, and standardized work procedures.\nDevelop team goals and individual development plans; foster a strong, collaborative culture.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing) and 12+ years of experience or equivalent education and experience in lieu of degree\nProficiency in LabVIEW and Python\nExperience designing test hardware interfaces\nProven leadership in process improvement, root cause analysis, and corrective action\nHands-on experience with manufacturing and testing of electromechanical systems\nFamiliarity with ERP systems and managing BOMs, routings, and production costs\nStrong communication, project management, and team development skills\n\nPreferred Experience:\nIPC 610 Class 3 / J-STD-001 workmanship standards\nSoldering, SMT/thru-hole assembly, box build, cables, and rework\nRF, microwave, or timing system knowledge\nExperience introducing new products into manufacturing (NPI)\nUnderstanding of GD&T and general mechanical fabrication processes\n\nAdditional Information\n\nPhysical Requirements\nThis role involves regular use of hands, extended computer use, standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
