We are growing and looking for a dedicated HR professional to join our team.\r\nPosition Summary The Human Resource/ Recruiting Manager will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee training, and scheduling. This is a key role in supporting our staff and ensuring that our agency maintains a strong, professional, and motivated workforce.\r\nKey Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage full-cycle recruitment and hiring activities.\r\nCreate and post job advertisements on Indeed and other recruitment platforms.\r\nScreen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.\r\nConduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.\r\nPerform reference checks and employment verifications.\r\nDevelop recruitment strategies to maintain adequate staffing levels.\r\nBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.\r\nEmployee Onboarding & Compliance Coordinate all new hire onboarding activities.\r\nEnsure completion of employment paperwork and hiring documentation.\r\nVerify background checks, licenses, certifications, and credentials as applicable.\r\nSchedule and monitor mandatory training requirements.\r\nMaintain employee personnel files and compliance records.\r\nMonitor training expirations and renewal requirements.\r\nEnsure onboarding processes are completed efficiently and timely.\r\nScheduling & Workforce Management Partner closely with the Scheduling Coordinator to ensure adequate staffing coverage across all programs and locations.\r\nAssist in filling open shifts and proactively address staffing shortages to maintain uninterrupted operations.\r\nMaintain scheduling systems and ensure staffing records are accurate and up to date.\r\nCollaborate with management and program leadership to identify current and future staffing needs and develop workforce plans to support organizational goals.\r\nSupport recruitment efforts by identifying staffing gaps and prioritizing hiring needs based on operational requirements.\r\nOversee staff scheduling to ensure proper coverage for client services.\r\nHuman Resources Administration Assist with employee relations and performance management.\r\nSupport disciplinary actions, corrective action plans, and investigations.\r\nEnsure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.\r\nTrack employee attendance and timekeeping.\r\nMaintain confidentiality of employee and company information.\r\nAssist with HR policy development and updates.\r\nCarries out all other responsibilities as required or assigned.\r\nQualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)\r\n3–5+ years of HR, recruiting, or scheduling experience (healthcare or human services a plus)\r\nKnowledge of CT employment law and HR best practices\r\nStrong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills\r\nAbility to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines\r\nWhy Join Us?
