Landscape Laborer

Now Hiring - Landscape Laborer *BeyCon LLC* is a growing landscaping company serving Tucson and surrounding areas. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking *Landscape Laborer* to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who is reliable, takes pride in their work, works well with a team, and is comfortable working outdoors in Arizona weather. Responsibilities * Perform routine landscape maintenance for residential and commercial properties * Mow, edge, trim, blow, rake, and perform general yard cleanup * Weed and maintain landscape beds and natural areas * Trim shrubs and small trees * Assist with planting and landscape installation * Assist with irrigation repairs and maintenance * Spread gravel, rock, and other landscape materials * Load and unload tools, equipment, plants, and materials * Assist with landscape construction projects * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Follow company safety procedures and instructions * Provide quality workmanship and professional service at each property Qualifications * Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred * Reliable and punctual * Strong work ethic and positive attitude * Able to work outdoors in hot Arizona temperatures * Able to perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying materials * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Reliable transportation to and from work * Valid driver's license is a plus * Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers Schedule *Full-Time* Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend work depending on business needs. *Location:* Tucson, AZ and surrounding areas Compensation *Pay: *$16-$19 *per hour, depending on experience and qualifications* Opportunities for additional responsibilities and growth are available for dependable employees who demonstrate strong performance and a willingness to learn.
