Sales & Account Specialist
As a global automotive supplier regarding our new investment in USA we are looking for candidates for the position:Requirements:University degree or completed secondary education in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field.Minimum 1–3 years of experience in salesExperience in customer acquisition and relationship management.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work with sales targets and KPIs.Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proactive attitude, self-motivation, and results-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Willingness to travel, if required.Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.Responsibilities:Analyses and provide strategic and operational advice in the following areas:Consult on sales operations processes, including quoting cycle time, dashboards and workflow optimizationProvide expertise in distribution channel management, Quiding our partnerships with OEM automotive customersAdvise leadership on risk mitigation, forecasting and supply chain coordination to support long-term growth.Advise on Product or Process Change Notification management strategies to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.Recommend Lean Six Sigma and process initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.To assist the Company in setting up and improving customer servicing operations, and to consult on the setup of sales operations for new U.S. automative programs and to train internal teams for sustainable operations.
