Private Preschool Lead Teacher

About us Tumble and Learn Preschool is a small business in Clackamas, OR. We are professional, agile and creative. We are hiring a teacher for the 24-25 School Year. We are a small active play private preschool program in Clackamas. As a teacher with us you will be asked to: Implement lesson plans that align with curriculum objectives Foster a positive and engaging learning environment Monitor student progress and provide feedback on their academic and social performance Utilize effective behavior management techniques to ensure a productive and positive classroom environment Foster an active play environment and teach in a fun and innovative way Be able to keep up with running, jumping, tumbling and active play Learn and implement tumbling and gross motor skills into our curriculum every day Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop educational programs and initiatives Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and any concerns Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times Provide care for toddlers and preschool-aged children as needed Prepare and implement a curriculum that stimulates the children in their emotional, physical, psychosocial, cognitive, and communicative development Observation and written documentation of children's skills and growth, parent conferencing, environmental planning, and general program oversight Provide creative ways to engage children in hands-on learning experiences Appropriately interact with parents daily, during conferences, & special events Provide a safe, clean, and nurturing environment at all times Be able to adapt and learn new teaching methods and techniques Follow a cleaning checklist every day Be able to lead and guide assistant teachers and children Be kind and LOVE children!
