AIX's work spans three connected areas:Workforce Enablement (driving adoption of modern AI tooling and workflows to improve developer productivity and codebase readiness)Product Features (defining strategy for differentiated GenAI feature development and partnering with product teams to take ideas from prototype to production), andPartnerships (nurturing relationships with AI innovation partners to accelerate impact).AIX also continues to provide flexible engineering capacity, rotating onto other product Squads as an embedded Forward Deployed Engineer when teams need to burst capacity, bring in a specialist, or stand up new AI-powered features. This is a hands-on engineering position that blends ownership of AIX's product, platform, and impact-measurement initiatives with periodic rotations onto other engineering teams.
