Job DescriptionAdministrative Coordinator (Shipping/Receiving Team)Job Opportunity: Administrative Coordinator (Shipping/Receiving Team)We're seeking a dedicated Administrative Coordinator to join our Shipping/Receiving team! This is primarily an administrative position with a strong focus on intermediate Excel skills and attention to detail. If you enjoy a mix of office and warehouse work and have strong computer skills, we'd love to hear from you!Position Details:Location: Office/Warehouse EnvironmentSchedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with occasional SaturdaysHourly Pay: $20.00 per hour Key Responsibilities:Spend 80% of your time in the office handling administrative tasksSpend 20% of your time in the warehouse checking inventory as neededProcess and fulfill orders, including allocation and loadingEnsure label and documentation accuracyUtilize inventory software (training provided) to track and manage shipmentsWhat We're Looking For:Bilingual (Spanish/English) is requiredProficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (Intermediate level)Some experience with order processing, fulfillment, and inventory tasks preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks independentlyA team player who's comfortable splitting time between the office and warehouseHiring Process: Resume review by the SupervisorShort interview for selected candidatesIf you have the skills and flexibility to handle both office and warehouse responsibilities, apply today!Meet Your Recruiter
