We refine the classics, develop the unknown and grow constantly – sometimes beyond our own expectations.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nPrepare, review, and present financial reports and budgets throughout the year.\nAdvise management of any major variances and their impact on operations.\nPrepare monthly and annual forecasts and budgets as required.\nMaintain and reconcile fixed assets with the unit’s general ledger.\nAdminister competitive bidding processes; identify accounting and financial issues and propose timely solutions.\nMonitor and approve all purchases, expenses, salaries, sales, and payments.\nAnalyze financial data and recommend actions to maximize profitability.\nOversee month-end and year-end closings; coordinate and assign duties to accounting staff.\nSupervise Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.\nMaintain internal controls over revenues, assets, and liabilities, ensuring accounts follow uniform systems.\nEnsure timely and accurate reporting of financial data to management.\nEvaluate departmental performance and adjust daily operations to meet organizational goals.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, banks, auditors, and affiliates.\nPartner with management to address financial management issues and risks.\nPromote continuous improvement within the department and across the organization.\nContribute to corporate planning by developing and supporting departmental action plans.\nRun monthly, quarterly, and annual performance metrics reports.\nPlay a proactive role as part of the Management Team in the wider operations of the company.\nEnsure compliance with company financial policies.\nSupport special projects as assigned.\nQualifications:\n\nMinimum of 1-3 years of managerial experience in accounting and finance.\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.\nProficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.\nExperience in hospitality, catering, or food service industry preferred.\nExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and confidence.\nStrong knowledge of accounting systems, technologies, and financial reporting.\nAdvanced mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nEffective written and verbal communication abilities.\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, and diligent in follow-through.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under time and resource constraints.\nProactive, entrepreneurial, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.\nSkilled in building relationships, handling sensitive issues, and applying tact and diplomacy.\nWhat We Offer:\n\nSalary range: $85,000 - $95,000 annually.\nDaily Complimentary Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner).\nFT employees are eligible for 401K and medical benefits: medical, dental, and vision.\nAn organization dedicated to fostering innovation; in pursuit of cultivating creativity, embracing new ideas and leveraging our impeccable standard for hospitality.\nGenuine career development opportunities, both nationally and internationally.\nThe chance to collaborate and represent a leading force in the luxury global gourmet entertainment industry by attending world-class events.\nDiversity & Inclusion Statement\nDO & CO provides equal employment opportunities.
