This role provides overall program leadership, manages day-to-day instruction, enforces safety and quality standards, coordinates scheduling and assessments, and acts as the primary liaison to the client on site. Ideal candidates bring tactical, critical care, aeromedical, and/or maritime medical teaching experience, along with strong operational leadership, communication, and assessment governance skills.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDirect all module delivery and control daily training operations\nSupervise instructor teams and ensure consistent instruction standards\nLead safety management, including risk assessments, PPE controls, and emergency procedures\nCoordinate instructor rotations, schedules, scenario execution, and after-action reviews (AARs)\nMaintain training records, attendance, competencies, and documentation for completion\nPartner with logistics and simulation support to ensure equipment readiness\nBrief client leadership and provide clear written and verbal updates\nMinimum Qualifications\nMust have a Special Forces background\n10+ years’ operational and/or clinical experience in austere, tactical, transport, or critical care environments\n5+ years teaching and instructor leadership in a similar capacity (Course Director, Chief Instructor, Lead Faculty, etc.)\nDemonstrated experience managing complex multi-module training, safety, and assessment standards\nStrong professional communication and reporting skills\nAbility to deploy for the full contract period and meet visa/access requirements\nModule Experience (One or More Required)\nCandidates should have instructor-level exposure or operational experience in one or more of the following:\nModule 1 – Tactical Medicine + CBRN\nTactical/austere trauma care instruction (military, Law Enforcement, EMS, tactical, remote medicine)\nHAZMAT/Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear experience preferred\nTactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC)/Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) instructor credentials are a plus\nHemorrhage control, airway, chest injury management, hypothermia prevention, casualty evacuation\nPreferred credentials:\nTCCC Instructor (or documented experience teaching TCCC/TECC-equivalent content)\nHAZMAT/CBRN operational experience;
