The Business Intelligence Developer will design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including data models, ETL processes, and dashboards that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and building scalable data models and reports. The role also involves optimizing data warehousing solutions, ensuring data quality and integrity, and troubleshooting issues related to data pipelines and BI tools. The Business Intelligence Developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and leadership, to deliver actionable insights and continuously improve reporting capabilities.Qualifications Strong foundation in data modeling and data warehousing, with experience designing scalable, maintainable structures.Hands-on experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and tools, including building and optimizing data pipelines.Proficiency in creating dashboards and reports using modern BI tools, with a focus on usability and clarity.Demonstrated analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with relational databases; experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is beneficial.Experience collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and define metrics, KPIs, and reporting standards.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities across on-site and remote work.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience in e-learning, EdTech, or education-related analytics is a plus.
