This role combines hands-on project leadership with division-level project oversight responsibilities, supporting successful project execution, client commitments, and the division’s strategic objectives. Additionally, this role plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining a healthy “win-win” relationship with our end customers and subcontractor partners.\nKey Responsibilities (not limited to):\nLead the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects within the division, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budgets, and timelines.\nOversee resource allocation, workload distribution, and project assignments to support efficient execution and team growth.\nEstablish, maintain, and promote project management best practices, methodologies, standards, and tools within the division.\nReview drawings, scope of work, specifications, and sales documents/proposals.\nServe as the primary point of contact for projects, managing stakeholder expectations, and fostering strong client relationships in the vertical market.\nMonitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques, and provide regular status updates to leadership.\nIdentify program and project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and drive timely issue resolution.\nFoster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and learning within the project management function.\nCollaborate with cross-functional leaders in sales, operations, finance, and product management to support division objectives and deliver integrated client solutions.\nQualifications:\n1-2 years of project management experience in the fire protection or construction industries.\nWorking knowledge of fire suppression systems, fire alarm systems, and applicable codes/standards.\nUnderstanding financial forecasting and WIP accounting.\nStrong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.\nExcellent organizational and time management abilities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software platforms.\nValid driver’s license and clean driving record.\nExpectations:\nParticipate in weekly and monthly project review meetings.\nMaintain project financials including Cost-to-Complete (CTC) and Over/Under Billings (OIB).\nParticipate in the monthly divisional WIP meeting.\nParticipate in the monthly management meeting with division leadership.\nBuild a culture of leadership and ownership within the division\n\nBenefits and Compensation\nThis position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.
