Production Coordinator - Men'sOur client, a manufacturer of Men's Woven Apparel, is seeking a production coordinator to join their growing team!Responsibilities:Coordinate all stages of production from purchase order issuance through final deliveryEnter and manage production data in A2000 ERP systemTrack production timelines, monitor milestones, and follow up with overseas factoriesReview purchase orders, costing, and production detailsManage sample approvals, lab dips, trims, and bulk submissionsCommunicate daily with vendors and factories regardingMaintain and update WIP (Work in Progress) reports and production calendarsIdentify and proactively address potential production delays or quality concernsAssist with shipping coordination and delivery trackingQualifications:4+ years of experience in production or similar capacityStrong working knowledge of A2000 ERP system requiredSolid understanding of garment construction, production timelines, and factory communicationExperience working with overseas vendors and managing multiple production calendarsExceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing prioritiesPlease submit a resume for consideration!
