All flights are conducted under FAR Part 91 rules.\r\nWork Schedule The Company is responsible for staffing aircraft in accordance with the State contract and is solely responsible for pilot scheduling.\r\nTraining and Proficiency Pilot currency and proficiency shall be maintained by each pilot, including mechanic-pilots, in company aircraft as necessary. Additionally, annual training shall be accomplished before fire season begins, to consist of ground school and flight proficiency.\r\nCompensation & Benefits HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $66.82 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
