Responsible for technical planning and system design, development and integration, and system verification and validation. Influences development of innovative solutions that impact strategic customer goals results. Recommend new technical solutions in support of strategy and operations. Includes work of other technical staff that impact on project results and outputs. Applies technical knowledge to resolve highlight complex problems, develops innovative solutions through research and integration of best practices. Ability to communicate with leadership regarding matters of significant importance, including new concepts, practices and approaches. Proven ability to influence others with respect to weighing the pros and cons of alternatives and the best value approach to phased solutioning.\n\nBasic Qualifications\n\nAble to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences.\n\nSkilled at prioritization and multi-tasking.\n\nProficiency in MS Office.\n\nAble to effectively utilize core scripting languages\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nRequires a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of prior relevant experience. Additional experience in lieu of degree.\n\nHas in-depth understanding of Core programming tools (i.e. Python), ServiceNow principles, algorithmic theories, data analysis concepts and their application across range of deliverables\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience working in a non-prem environment\n\nExperience navigating proprietary customer developed systems\n\nAble to create and present power point presentations to demonstrate concepts and solution pathways.\n\nExperience in the Service Now Modules of; Inventory, Procurement, Software Activation, Report Generation\n\nExperience working with Data Analysis and presentation tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.\n\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
