Job DescriptionJob Title: Not SpecifiedLocation: Research Triangle Park, NC Remote (US-based, no relocation)Application Window Close: 06/02/2026 (may close earlier if filled or if sufficient applications received)Team OverviewRedefining sales team learning in the AI era, developing next-gen enablement experiences combining instructional design, artificial intelligence, and real-world customer engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesAI-Enabled Learning Design: Design adaptive learning paths, simulations, virtual coaching, and knowledge assistants. Use generative AI and automation for content development.Instructional Design & Content Development: Develop digital learning, workshops, virtual sessions, toolkits, and micro learning. Translate technology and AI messaging into customer-relevant experiences.Enablement Program Support: Drive QEP and GSX initiatives, manage communications, content deployment, learner engagement, and vendor coordination.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with subject matter experts, sales leaders, HR, marketing, and cross-functional teams.Minimum Qualifications4+ years in instructional design, sales enablement, learning development, or related roles2+ years using AI tools for instructional design or learning innovation (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia)4+ years with digital learning development tools and LMS/LXP platformsStrong collaboration, communication, and project coordination skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in enterprise technology, B2B sales enablement, or go-to-market organizationsBachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education Technology, Business, or related fieldFamiliarity with sales motions, customer engagement strategies, or technical solution messagingExposure to global readiness programs, onboarding, or continuous learning initiativesExperience in matrixed organizations with cross-functional stakeholdersSalary RangeStarting Salary: $105,000.00 – $132,400.00 (plus incentive compensation, equity, and benefits)Machine Learning & Artificial IntelligenceLocation-Specific Ranges:New York City Metro Area: $113,000 – $163,800Non-Metro New York state & Washington state: $109,000 – $158,000
