We are seeking dependable candidates with experience operating *CNC mills and/or lathes* in a production environment.\n\nThis opportunity is ideal for someone who can work independently, maintain quality standards, perform setups, and make basic program edits when needed.\n\nPay & Shift Information\n\n*1st Shift*\n\n* *$21.00–$37.00/hour*, depending on experience\n* *Monday–Thursday | 4:30 AM – 3:00 PM*\n\n*2nd Shift*\n\n* *$27.00–$38.00/hour*, depending on experience\n* *$1.00/hour shift differential*\n* *Monday–Thursday | 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM*\n\n*Overtime may be available.*\n\nJob Responsibilities\n\n* Set up and operate *CNC mills and/or lathes*\n* Perform tool changes, including inserts, drills, and end mills\n* Make program edits and adjustments as needed\n* Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T\n* Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools\n* Verify part quality and maintain tight tolerances\n* Perform routine machine maintenance\n* Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with *5S standards*\n\nQualifications\n\n* *Level 1:* 0–2 years of CNC experience\n* *Level 2:* 2–5 years of CNC experience\n* *Level 3:* 5+ years of CNC experience\n* Setup experience is strongly preferred\n* Program editing experience is preferred\n* Experience with *CAD/CAM or Mastercam* is a plus\n* Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools\n* Must be able to lift up to *50 lbs*\n\nIdeal Candidate\n\n* Able to run jobs with minimal supervision\n* Strong attention to detail\n* Good understanding of feeds, speeds, and tooling\n* Aerospace or precision machining experience is a plus\n\n*Apply today with your resume.
