admin","description":"Job Responsibilities\nNeed To Be Strong on WebSphere 8.5 and 9.0 version\nKnowledge/Experience:\nThis position requires a minimum of 5+ years on web middleware and in-depth knowledge of industry-standard web middleware technologies.\nStrong knowledge on Middleware Solutions ( Weblogic, WebSphere, Tomcat, Apache, IIS).\nStrong knowledge on UNIX, Wintel operating systems\n• Strong background on the Unix with scripting (Unix Shell, perl, phyton,)\nStrong knowledge of security and Risk Configuration.\nExperience on Cloud Technology support is a plus\nSkills:\nStrong knowledge on Middleware Solutions (e.g. Java/J2EE, Weblogic, .Net, Web Logic, MQ, Websphere, SUN One Web, IIS, Siteminder, LDAP, security).\nStrong knowledge on UNIX, Wintel, Aix operating systems\nStrong background on the Unix with scripting (ssh, Shell, perl) with various platforms.\nKey Responsibilities:\nBuild a high-performance production support team with the right talent mix to exceed client expectations\nBe responsible for problem management including managing outages, resolution, co-ordination with stakeholders and communication\nEnsure control processes are in place in alignment with client policies\nProvide 24x7 on call problem resolution\nSupport Engineering and Business projects.\nReview request for changes (Business and Functional requirements, etc).\nTroubleshoot to determine root cause of problems in Production environments\nPro-active analysis and monitoring of Production applications\nImplement workarounds and temporary fixes\nPerform Application and Middleware logs analysis\nEnd-end Incident tracking and client follow-up, including post-mortem\nWork with 3rd level support (Product owner, application owner or Vendor) to troubleshoot and resolve issues.\nDefine and execute Contingency plans for applications (COB)\nEOL, EOS Track and fulfilment\nParticipate on Technical Audit review\nSupport Engineering architecture
