Our team is excited to meet you!\n\nJob Overview & Responsibilities\n\nAs a Program Control Analyst 4 in Denver, CO, key responsibilities include:\n\nDevelop and support strategic scheduling activities to achieve enterprise program goals.\nTrack and drive actions required to meet or exceed schedule forecasts.\nConduct critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis.\nDevelop and present schedule metrics for varying levels of leadership.\nDrive accountability on scheduling deliverables.\nManage schedule data for complex programs. Generate reports from the IMS depicting scheduling conflicts and issues and brief stakeholders and senior management.\nDevelop and work closely with internal and external customers to fully satisfy program schedule requirements.\nSupport internal monthly and quarterly program reviews.\nIncorporates changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each project to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines.\nRecommend recoveries to schedule by way of scenario analysis and trades.\nStrategic business partner with the Program Management Team\n\nRequired Education\n\nBachelor\n\nRequired Years of Experience\n\nMinimum of 6 years of related work experience\n\nBasic Qualifications\n\nBachelors degree from an accredited college or university.\nStrong background and experience in Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques and in cost management and planning/scheduling.\nDemonstrated experience communicating successfully with program and finance leaders.\nStrong understanding of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Critical Path Analysis.\nAbility to resolve and/or mitigate negative float across multiple functions.\nExperience developing an initial IMS from ground-up through conducting integrated deep dive.\nUnderstanding of process flows from beginning to final product.\nDemonstrated ability to mentor and train earlier career professionals.\nStrong understanding and experience with a planning/scheduling tool.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nStrong understanding and experience with Deltek OPP and Cobra.\nActive knowledge of SharePoint.\nUnderstanding and application of EVMS/DCMA 14pts techniques\n\nSummary Salary Range (for ULA - Denver only): $103,925.00 - $173,208.00\n\nPlease note that the salary information shown above is a general guideline only.
