This role is responsible for all aspects of stocking, picking, inventory control, order fulfillment, and team execution, ensuring the warehouse runs smoothly, safely, and at the pace our business demands. The ideal candidate brings a strong commitment to safety culture and OSHA compliance, and understands that operational excellence starts with a safe working environment.What You’ll DoLead daily warehouse operations including receiving, putaway, picking, staging, packaging, and internal transfersManage accurate handling and movement of high-value materials such as GPUs, servers, and networking componentsDesign and optimize warehouse layout, racking systems, and storage strategies for improved space utilization and efficiencyDevelop and implement warehouse SOPs for material movement, inventory transactions, and physical controlOwn and drive cycle count programs and physical inventory audits in coordination with finance and accountingEnsure timely and accurate ERP transactions (NetSuite preferred) for inventory movement and trackingEnforce safety standards and ensure full OSHA compliance across all warehouse activities, equipment, and personnelConduct regular safety inspections, toolbox talks, and incident reporting — fostering a culture where safety is non-negotiableMaintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse environment in line with company and regulatory standardsMonitor and improve warehouse KPIs related to inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and throughputIdentify and lead continuous improvement projects focused on warehouse process optimization and scalabilityTrain, mentor, and manage warehouse team members to ensure operational excellence and accountabilityYou5+ years of experience in warehouse and materials management, preferably in high-tech or hardware environmentsProven experience in warehouse layout planning, space optimization, and process improvementStrong understanding of inventory control principles, warehouse systems, and ERP software (NetSuite a plus)Excellent organizational, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification preferred)Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety compliance requirements, and warehouse safety best practicesStrong attention to detail and commitment to operational disciplineNice to HaveExperience in data center, electronics, or hardware deployment environmentsFamiliarity with lean warehousing, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologiesExposure to fixed asset tracking and audit support processesSalary Range InformationThe annual salary range for this position has been set based on market data and other factors.
