If you are a skilled and motivated machine operator, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nPerforms straightforward set up, operation and routine maintenance of production machinery and test equipment\nUses a range of documents to perform work, such as job travelers, blueprints, schematics, models or specifications\nTroubleshoots machines that are not at peak performance and finds solutions to problems\nEnsures adequate stock of raw materials needed for work and performs equipment maintenance per schedules\nEvaluates and verifies that production items are within tolerances and meet specifications as outlined in job documentation\nUse hand tools and precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers, to ensure the quality of products.\nCollaborate with production team members to achieve production targets and meet quality standards\nOther responsibilities as assigned\nRegular, consistent and punctual attendance is required. May need to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and additional hours as necessary\nQualifications:\n\nExperience operating machinery, preferably in a factory setting.\nKnowledge of tooling and the ability to work with a variety of materials.\nExperience with lathes, milling machines, and stamping presses.\nProficiency in the use of hand tools and ability to perform maintenance tasks.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.\nBasic math proficiency\nAbility to read engineering drawings and blueprints\nExcellent attention to detail\nAble to use existing procedures to perform straightforward tasks\nEffective oral and written communication\nEducation & Experience:\nEducation: High School Diploma/Equivalent and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations.\nCertifications: Vocational training, apprenticeships or the equivalent experience in related field\nYears of Experience (Required): 1 - 2 years\n\nIf you are interested in this role, please apply via the apply now link provided.
