In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. This position offers an energetic work atmosphere where your efforts directly contribute to the success of our logistics processes.\nResponsibilities\nAssist with inventory management using warehouse management systems and inventory software to track stock levels accurately\nPick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment utilizing RF scanners, pallet jacks, and other equipment\nLoad and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols using forklifts and load & unload techniques\nMaintain organized shelving and stocking procedures to ensure quick access and proper stock rotation\nSupport shipping logistics by preparing shipping labels, processing documentation, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations\nConduct data entry tasks related to order processing, shipping & receiving logs, and inventory updates\nCollaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall operational efficiency\nRequirements\nPrevious experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred\nProficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400 or MRP software, and Microsoft Office tools\nAbility to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing\nValid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks\nStrong attention to detail for data entry, order picking & packing, and stock management tasks\nExcellent customer service skills to support internal teams and external vendors when needed\nKnowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and logistics best practices\nAbility to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift\nJoin us as a Warehouse Associate if you’re eager to grow your career in a fast-paced environment where your contributions make a real impact.
