We are seeking an experienced professional to support the company as a Project Manager (PM).\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex consulting and professional services projects for a diverse portfolio of clients. The Project Manager is responsible for overall project performance, including scope, schedule, budget, resource coordination, risk management, and client satisfaction.\n\nWorking closely with Technical Leads and Subject Matter Experts, the Project Manager ensures that project objectives are achieved while maintaining high standards of quality, profitability, and client service. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\n\nThe Project Manager serves as the primary point of accountability for project execution and delivery, coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and client stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.\n\nThis position will be located at the Stuart, FL office; periodic travel is expected.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nProject Delivery & Execution\nManage all phases of project execution from initiation through closeout.\nEnsure projects are delivered in accordance with approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, and contractual requirements.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.\nMonitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain project objectives.\nLead project status reporting, forecasting, change management, and financial performance reviews.\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.\n\nFinancial & Commercial Management\nDevelop, manage, and monitor project budgets and financial performance.\nTrack project costs, revenue, profitability, and resource utilization.\nSupport proposal development, estimating, pricing, and contract reviews.\nManage scope changes, contract modifications, and commercial impacts.\nEnsure accurate forecasting and reporting of project financial performance.\n\nClient Management\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships.\nServe as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, schedules, deliverables, and contractual matters.\nManage client expectations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.\nSupport business development activities by identifying opportunities for repeat business and new engagements.\n\nTeam Leadership & Coordination\nLead cross-functional project teams in a collaborative and results-oriented environment.\nCoordinate the efforts of technical specialists, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.\nEnsure effective communication and alignment among project participants.\nFoster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, safety, and quality.\n\nProcurement & Vendor Management\nManage subcontractor, vendor, and consultant engagement throughout the project lifecycle.\nSupport procurement planning and contract administration.\nOversee third-party performance to ensure project requirements are met.\n\nTechnical Integration\nPartner with Technical Leads and Subject Matter Experts to ensure project execution aligns with technical requirements and client expectations.\nCoordinate the integration of technical work products into cohesive, high-quality project deliverables.\nSupport the successful delivery of technical solutions while maintaining project controls and commercial objectives.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.\nMinimum of 5 years of project management experience in a consulting, professional services, engineering, environmental, technical services, or related industry.\nDemonstrated experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects.\nStrong financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills.\nProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software tools.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nPMP certification or equivalent.\nExperience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders, subcontractors, or geographically dispersed teams.\nExperience with project controls, scheduling, and earned value management (EVM) principles.\nContract administration and commercial management experience.\nSupervisory or team leadership experience.\nExperience managing international projects and logistics.\n\nSuccess Measures\nSuccess in this role is measured by:\nSafe and successful project delivery.\nAchievement of scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.\nClient satisfaction and retention.\nProject profitability and financial performance.\nEffective risk management and issue resolution.\nTeam engagement and collaboration.\n\nAdditional Information\nTravel may be required based on project and client needs.\nOther duties may be assigned as required.\n\nCSA Ocean Sciences Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
