Full Stack Engineer

Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer for a Hybrid contract in Austin TX.The working position is Hybrid - On Site and Telework, 90% Remote, May be required to meet on-site in Austin, TX at times.Responsibilities: The Senior Full-stack Developer will perform advanced analysis and programming work involving all technical aspects of designing, creating and maintaining software applications.This position will work with the clients projects team to provide the following Software Development Services: Perform technical analysis by reviewing the user requirements and create design documents.Perform coding adhering to industry standards, best practices, and customer requirements.Perform testing verifying they match the requirements, as necessary.Prepare and maintain technical documentation as required (i.e. design documents, process flows, object or data models, project plans, environment diagrams, test plans, etc.).Collaborate with the project team for sprint/release work on tasks such as providing development effort estimates, discussing architecture and design, triaging, and resolving defects or issues in multiple environments and providing status on work assignments or issues.This work will include identifying the technical specifications and data integration requirements needed for implementation, including mapping the next steps for system design, identifying the methodology necessary to establish an ECIDS in the state, and building the data governance structure that will support an ECIDS.Minimum Qualifications:15 years of Creating ETL processes, transporting, aggregating large data sets between systems15 years of Experience in SQL Server or Oracle stored procedures, PL/SQL, Dynamic SQL, and exception handling10 years of Experience in an object-oriented framework such as .NET Core or Java10 years of experience: XML, JSON, API Testing, JavaScript and JQuery10 years of Experience mid-large sized, complex enterprise-level SDLC2 years of Experience with Texas state agenciesPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Microsoft Power Platform such as PowerBI and PowerAppsExperience with project-specific tools such as Jira, Tempo, BitBucket, ConfluenceScrum/Agile methodologiesWhat We Offer:Sistema offers competitive pay and solid benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
