Position Summary We are seeking skilled Python Developers and Automation Engineers to join long-term telecom-focused projects in Plano, TX. This role is essential for driving automation initiatives and developing robust solutions that enhance operational efficiency in cutting-edge telecommunications environments.
Job Description As part of our engineering team, you will design and implement automation frameworks, develop Python-based tools, and integrate solutions into telecom systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, optimize processes, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Python scripts and automation frameworks for telecom systems.
Integrate automation solutions with existing network and OSS/BSS platforms.
Collaborate with engineering teams to identify automation opportunities and implement best practices.
Perform testing, debugging, and optimization of automation tools.
Document processes and provide technical support for deployed solutions.
Required Qualifications & Skills Strong proficiency in Python programming and scripting.
Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks.
Familiarity with telecom environments and network operations.
Solid understanding of APIs, data parsing, and integration techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in collaborative teams.
Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of telecom protocols and OSS/BSS systems.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Exposure to network automation tools (Ansible, Netmiko, Nornir).
Understanding of database management and SQL.
