This role is designed to enhance students' career readiness skills in preparation for their transition into the workforce.\n\nJob Responsibilities:\n\nPrepare materials for all cell biology laboratory experiments.\nRegularly communicate with teaching faculty to ensure efficient lab operations.\nComplete general lab upkeep and maintenance tasks.\nEnsure cleanliness and safety in the laboratories.\nSupport ongoing labs and instructors.\nReceive packages and inventory materials accordingly.\nComplete lab prep assignments from other Lab Coordinators.\nRegularly check in with supervisors for additional tasks.\nParticipate in ongoing training and regular meetings with student managers.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\nHighly organized, detailed-oriented, and proactive.\nStrong time management skills.\nAbility to follow detailed instructions and maintain meticulous records.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills.\nProblem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.\nA science faculty recommendation for lab work is preferred unless applying as a freshman.
