This individual ensures successful execution of all program tasks, maintains schedule and quality control, drives digital transformation and labor automation initiatives, and serves as the primary point of contact with the Government COR and Cybersecurity Management Branch Chief.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and manage all contract activities.\nMaintain real-time status tracking of all deliverables and proactively notify the COR/KO of any potential delays with remediation plans.\nDevelop, implement, and maintain the contractor’s Quality Control Program (QCP) and ensure compliance with the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).\nPerform continuous risk management, maintain Risk & Issue Log, and ensure workforce stability and continuity of operations.\nPrepare and submit Monthly Progress Reports focused on outcomes, performance metrics, risks, and digital labor progress.\nLead the development and execution of the Digital Labor and Automation Strategy and Transition Plan (target: transition 10–15% of labor to digital/automated solutions by start of FY27).\nFacilitate periodic progress meetings and maintain effective communication with Government stakeholders.\nManage Key Personnel changes in accordance with contract requirements and ensure all personnel meet required qualifications.\nOversee travel coordination and reporting.\nRequired Qualifications\nActive SECRET clearance.\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.\nActive Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.\nCloud certification: AWS Certified Solutions Architect (or equivalent cloud provider certification).\nCybersecurity certification: CISSP.\nFifteen (15) years of Information Technology experience, including at least ten (10) years in a program management role overseeing programs of similar size and complexity.
