Our Jackson WI plant is eagerly seeking Production Associates, experienced in Front End Loader / Heavy Equipment Operation to join our team!\nResponsibilities include:\nOperating a front end loader to transport bulk materials\nStacking 50lb bags on pallets & wrapping pallets for shipping\nMixing/blending material for fertilizer and ice melter\nRunning and monitoring machines to ensure safety and efficiency\nOperating a forklift to move pallets between buildings.\nGeneral cleanup of work areas\nMiscellaneous projects as needed (inventory, grounds keeping, etc)\nPay & Perks:\n$20.00-$25.00+ per hour starting pay based on experience.\nAdditional $1.00 per hour shift premium for working 2nd shift.\nWe offer cross training opportunities in other areas of production.\nTeam Production Bonus Opportunities (calculated weekly and paid with regular bi-weekly paycheck)\nPaid Holidays and PTO upon hire\nHealth, Dental & Vision Insurance available after 30 days\nHSA with company contribution with Spring Valley's health insurance\nCompany provided Short Term & Long Term Disability Insurance\nCompany provided Life Insurance.
