As Senior Manager, Business Process, you will own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the core processes that power our business — from customer onboarding and vendor operations to internal workflows and cross-functional coordination. You will work closely with Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Operations to eliminate friction, drive efficiency, and build the scalable systems that allow Fluidstack to grow without breaking. This is a high-impact, highly visible role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution.\r\nBasic Qualifications\r\nExperience in business process management, operations, management consulting, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.\r\nProven track record of designing and implementing end-to-end business processes across multiple functions (e.g., procurement, customer ops, finance, or supply chain).\r\nStrong analytical skills with experience using data to diagnose process inefficiencies and measure the impact of improvements.\r\nExperience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing stakeholders at all levels of an organization.\r\nProficiency with process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro).\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complex operational challenges into clear frameworks and recommendations.\r\nCPA required.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nExperience in a high-growth technology, infrastructure, or AI/ML company.\r\nFamiliarity with ERP, CRM, or workflow automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Zapier, or similar).\r\nExperience building or scaling operations in a globally distributed team.\r\nBackground in working with technical teams and comfort translating between business and engineering contexts.\r\nSalary & Benefits\r\nCompetitive total compensation package (salary + equity).\r\nRetirement or pension plan, in line with local norms.\r\nHealth, dental, and vision insurance.\r\nGenerous PTO policy, in line with local norms.\r\nThe salary range for this position is $180,000 – $250,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting.
