This position is a scheduling and administrative position and reports to the department manager. The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for having a strong focus on customer service/support. The Scheduling Coordinator is also responsible for any other administrative tasks assigned by the division manager.\r\nJob Responsibilities:\r\n\r\n\r\nPerforming triage on incoming customer calls\r\n\r\n\r\nScheduling service for customers as necessary\r\n\r\n\r\nDispatching technicians to perform service at customer sites as necessary\r\n\r\n\r\nAnswer phone calls, text or email messages\r\n\r\n\r\nProvide customer support as necessary\r\n\r\n\r\nPerform miscellaneous administrative tasks including typing, making copies, mailings, record keeping, and note taking\r\n\r\n\r\nJob Requirements :\r\n\r\n\r\nDispatching/Administrative experience\r\n\r\n\r\nStrong customer service skills\r\n\r\n\r\nAbove average typing speed\r\n\r\n\r\nStrong grammatical and spelling skills\r\n\r\n\r\nCompetency with Microsoft Office Suite\r\n\r\n\r\nPleasant and professional phone manner\r\n\r\n\r\nNeatness and organizational skills\r\n\r\n\r\nExcellent listening and communication skills\r\n\r\n\r\nAbility to manage multiple priorities\r\n\r\n\r\nA strong work ethic and professional appearance\r\n\r\n\r\nAn ability to quickly learn new tasks\r\n\r\n\r\nWorking Hours\r\n\r\nMonday - Friday 7:30AM - 4:00PM On-Site Danvers, MA\r\n\r\nSuccessful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required.
