Motorclothes Manager

Job Summary- Title: MotorClothes Manager- Type: Full-time- Focus: Lead and optimize daily MotorClothes operations, build a strong team, and maintain compelling visual merchandising aligned with the Harley-Davidson brand.- Location: Concord, NC Area About the RoleJoin our team as the MotorClothes Manager (A&L Manager). Lead a high-energy MotorClothes department, drive standout customer experiences, and ensure top-notch merchandising and operations across our Charlotte-area stores. If you’re a proven leader with a passion for Harley-Davidson gear and retail excellence, we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities- Lead and support daily MotorClothes operations, ensuring smooth store performance.- Manage team schedules, tasks, and workload distribution.- Maintain merchandising and presentation standards across the MotorClothes department.- Communicate effectively with staff and store leadership, cascade goals and feedback.- Train, coach, and develop associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences.- Drive sales performance, monitor KPIs, and implement action plans as needed.- Oversee inventory control, pricing integrity, and floor set execution.- Ensure compliance with company policies, merchandising guidelines, and safety standards.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support store initiatives. Required Qualifications- Proven retail management experience; leadership track record in a fast-paced environment.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to motivate and develop a team.- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for Harley-Davidson MotorClothes.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed.- Proficiency with POS systems, inventory control, and basic data analysis.- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or relevant certifications preferred. Preferred Qualifications- Experience in Harley-Davidson/MotorClothes or motorcycle lifestyle retail.- Visual merchandising experience and floor set execution skills.- Knowledge of Harley-Davidson branding guidelines and customer expectations. Compensation & Benefits- Competitive Base Salary + Performance-Based Bonus Structure- Comprehensive Benefits: 401(k), Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance- Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) Equal OpportunityThe dealership is an equal opportunity employer.
