The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our busy car wash facility and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nSupervise a team of car wash attendants, ensuring that they are following company policies and procedures, and providing exceptional customer service\nTrain new staff members on car washing techniques, customer service, and safety protocols\nInspect vehicles before and after washing to ensure quality control\nManage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment\nEnsure the facility is clean, organized, and safe for both staff and customers\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management\nPerform all other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor/manager to meet business needs. \n\nRequirements:\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nStrong leadership and interpersonal skills\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively\nExcellent communication and customer service skills\nAttention to detail and commitment to quality control\nAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays\nBasic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office\n\nIf you are a dedicated and reliable individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
