All duties and responsibilities are performed in accordance with specific contractual obligations and departmental standards.\nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:\nProvide high quality customer service for all parents, providers, internal, and external support.\nAssist fiscal team with research, documentation, and spreadsheet for provider garnishment processing.\nAssist with processing, printing, mailing, and answering provider inquiries for Stage 1 and AP providers.\nCover provider payment processing calling queue for provider check verifications and other provider payment related calls.\nManage and/or update provider files in the internal database in regarding to monthly union dues.\nAssist fiscal staff with special projects as needed.\nAssist clients, stakeholders, as needed with customer services (in person or via phone) and deal with correspondence, complaints, inquiries, and providing solution-oriented results. Enter client information on internal database.\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\nHighschool Diploma or GED Equivalent (required)\nExperience with CalWORKs or Child Care Subsidy\nDetail oriented, self-motivated, with excellent customer service\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nFlexible and able to manage multiple tasks and handle changing priorities/deadlines\nPossesses strong organizational and administrative skills.\nRequires considerable accuracy\nAbility to produce under tight deadlines\nENVIRONMENT:\nThe worker is subject to both environmental conditions (OFFICE): Activities occur inside and outside.
