The Prompt Engineer will focus on crafting, testing, and refining high-quality prompts to optimize the performance of AI language models for various applications. The role involves understanding client needs, conducting experiments, analyzing model outputs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes. The Prompt Engineer will also stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technology to continuously improve processes and solutions. Qualifications Experience on Natural Language Processing (NLP), prompt engineering, and working with AI language modelsProficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python or similarStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and optimize AI outputsKnowledge of AI frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and liaise with stakeholdersProven ability to conduct thorough research and design innovative solutions to complex problemsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlinesBachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience)Experience in the tech industry or in AI-driven projects is a plus
