This pivotal role involves the interpretation of Federal Government Policy, Law, Directives, Standards, Executive Orders, and other requirements relating to cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will have the ability to translate these requirements from non-technical to technical, and vice versa, and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel.\nRequirements:\nU.S. Citizenship is required\nMust possess an active TS clearance at the time of application, be willing and able to obtain SCI access, and pass a CI polygraph.\nThis position is onsite 5/days in Washington, D.C.\nQualifications and Experience:\nBachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field\nA minimum of eight 8 years of experience in security architecture or related fields\nIn lieu of experience, industry-recognized certifications can be substituted (e.g., ISC2 CISSP, ISC2 CISSP-ISSAP, ISSAC CISM/CISA, CompTIA CASP+, CompTIA SecurityX, CCDA, CCNP, TOGAF).\nStrong ability to read, understand, and interpret Federal Government policy, law, Directives, Standards, and Executive Orders.\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, with the ability to translate complex technical information to non-technical personnel.\nProven problem-solving skills and innovative thinking for solution design.\nExperience in collaborating with diverse stakeholders and optimizing security solutions.\nResponsibilities\nPolicy and Requirement Interpretation:\nReads, understands, and interprets Federal Government policy, law, Directives, Standards, Executive Orders, and other requirements into actionable items.\nStakeholder Collaboration:\nWorks with required stakeholders to ensure technical specifications are met or exceeded within required timeframes.\nAssists in leveraging resources to fulfill requirements in a timely fashion.\nEstablishes relationships with internal and external stakeholders to efficiently and effectively use resources to fulfill the requirements\nProblem-Solving and Innovation:\nInterprets, adapts, and overcomes obstacles while thinking innovatively to solve requirements.\nEnlists the knowledge of others to find solutions.\nDesign and Implementation:\nEngages technical personnel with management to design and implement solutions that adhere to required security documented requirements.\nEnsures all Federal government security requirements, policy, guides, standards, and other requirements are met or exceeded during the design and implementation of systems.\nDesigns solutions based on requirements provided during discussions with internal and external stakeholders.\nOptimization and Support:\nWorks with internal and external stakeholders to optimize current solutions to ensure they are secure, optimized, and cost-effective.\nPerforms complex and advanced security architecture work in design, evaluation, planning, testing, and operation in support of system development, engineering, analysis, and research.\nCompensation and Benefits:\nAt NDi, we value our team and are committed to retaining top talent by offering competitive benefits and compensation packages.
