You'll collaborate daily across disciplines to turn ambitious ideas into polished, performant interfaces. We believe the best products come from teams that invest in each other as much as the work, and we're looking for someone who shares that instinct.\r\nAbout the Work\r\nAs a key member of the Casino Engagement team you will\r\nPartner with product and design to architect and ship polished customer-facing features.\r\nContinuously improve code quality by identifying technical debt, proposing solutions, and raising the bar for the whole team.\r\nLearn, mentor, and grow alongside teammates through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.\r\nParticipate in the design, architecture, and delivery of new features in a collaborative agile/scrum environment.\r\nLeverage observability and monitoring tools to diagnose issues and improve the user experience.\r\nWrite thorough tests for every feature and bug fix.
