Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/Qualified Behavior Health Professional (QBHP)

Position Summary: Encompass Therapy Center is hiring experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Qualified Behavior Health Professional (QBHP) in a center or home-based setting. BCBAs & QBHPs are responsible for developing Behavior Intervention Plans to decrease problem behaviors, and skill acquisition goals to increase socially appropriate behaviors which are implemented one-to-one with our Behavior Technicians. We are currently hiring a full-time (30-40 hours/week) BCBA or QBHP to provide services in Bay County and Auburn, MI. Encompass Therapy Center is accredited through the Behavioral Health Center of Excellence. Responsibilities and Duties: Develop ABA Intervention Plans for children with ASD focusing on communication, social, play, and adaptive skills Conduct descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments including functional analyses Provide supervision to our Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians Provide monthly Parent Trainings Maintain effective communication with team members and fellow supervisors Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment Maintain client confidentiality Be able to lift 30-40 lbs. on a regular basis Create a fun, interactive and engaging environment for clients Qualifications: Master's Degree in ABA Compassionate and caring demeanor Ability to build rapport with clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits: Competitive Salary Flexible Schedule Monday-Friday (no weekends) 401K Match Client transportation is not required Sign-On Bonus Retention Bonuses Health Insurance Supplemental Benefits Profit Sharing Paid Holidays Work from Home Opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday No weekends Application Question(s): Please provide 2-3 dates you would be available to for an interview Work Location: In person
