If this sounds like you, please apply!\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nOverall management of field operations\n\nCreate and manage project schedule\n\nCoordination of subcontracts, drawings, and specifications\n\nEstablishing budgets and controlling cost\n\nIdentify the causes of cost variances and eliminate negative variances\n\nIdentify project risk, and work to mitigate it\n\nCommunicate quality standards to each subcontractor and vendor\n\nConduct systematic quality control inspections\n\nFollows company safety program, laws, and OSHA operating standards\n\nManages jobsite cleanliness\n\nPrepares daily time cards for personnel under supervision\n\nPrepares daily logs\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nHigh School diploma\n\n6+ years of experience\n\nBasic computer skills are preferred\n\nSpecific roles may require relocation\n\nSalary: $120,000 - $155,000/Yr.\n\nDivision: Building\nJob Category: Superintendent\nJob Type: Full_time\nPlease note that job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
