You will leverage Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles to drive measurable business results, leverage data, technical expertise, and continuous improvement principles to enhance productivity, improve equipment and process performance, and ensure safe, efficient operations.\n\nWhat you will be doing:\n\nSupport Asset Reliability and Predictive Maintenance\n\nLead effort to maintain established Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs within.\nDrive collaborative efforts with Maintenance and Operations teams to convert reliability findings into executable work.\n\nLead Reliability Improvement Efforts\n\nLead and support Root Cause Failure Analyses (RCFA) for chronic, recurring, and high-impact equipment failures.\nIdentify and implement practical corrective actions that eliminate failure causes and prevent recurrence.\nTrack reliability efforts against established maintenance workflows and KPI performance.\n\nDrive PM Optimization and Maintenance Strategy\n\nAnalyze PM effectiveness and recommend improvements to maintenance strategies.\nSupport PM change-control processes through technical evaluations and recommendations.\n\nMaintenance and Engineering Support\n\nProvide reliability input during equipment design, installation, commissioning, rebuilds, and modifications.\nSupport asset criticality assessments and maintenance strategy development.\nWhat we want you to have:\nBachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical or chemical engineering and/or professional certification in technical field is preferred.\nMinimum 5+ years proven experience in reliability, maintenance, engineering or related field preferably in a process manufacturing facility.\nStrong technical problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills.\nDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nCertification - Experience Preferences\n\nCertified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP)\nCertified Reliability Engineer (CRE)\nCertified Reliability Leader (CRL)\nExperience applying Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles.\nExperience leading Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) investigations.\nCertified in One or More Predictive Maintenance technology applications.\nSAP PM or Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience.\n\nThe starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions.
