This role focuses on developing and improving ASML lithography processes, qualifying new equipment, and driving performance through data analysis and advanced process control. The position collaborates cross‑functionally to enable new product introduction and continuous improvement in a cleanroom environment.\n\nWhat you can do for PSL\n\nWork with lithography engineering to expand factory capacity by:\n\nDeveloping new processes.\n\nQualifying new equipment.\n\nPerforming experiments, analyzing results, and making recommendations.\n\nWork directly with OEM (ASML) to integrate industry standard practices at PSL.\n\nEvaluate software and hardware upgrades to improve throughput, reduce cost of ownership, or improve overall equipment capability.\n\nCreate standards for data analysis methods used in process development.\n\nCreate, maintain, and modify ASML lithography recipes required to pattern wafers.\n\nDevelop standards and procedures for recipe creation and modification.\n\nDevelop procedures for recipe backup and control.\n\nDisposition product and equipment.\n\nMonitor and optimize APC systems to improve process control and yield.\n\nWork directly with device engineering and technology development teams to manufacture new products or improve existing processes.\n\nWhat PSL can do for you\n\nOpportunity to work on projects that substantially impact operations.\n\nHigh visibility within the organization.\n\nOpportunity to make an impact by becoming the expert in ASML lithography at PSL.\n\nWhat PSL needs from you\n\nCapable of working in a cleanroom environment [fully gowned].\n\nWorking knowledge of SPC, Gage R&R, and Six-Sigma methodology.\n\nStrong communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must as this role will require in depth cooperation with multiple functions and manufacturing sections.\n\nSkills in technical writing, computers, problem solving and organization.\n\nRequires a Bachelor’s degree in Optical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or related field.\n\n5+ years of experience in photolithography within semiconductor manufacturing environments.\n\nWhat distinguishes you for this position\n\nSelf-disciplined and highly motivated with experience managing multiple high priority projects.\n\nHighly independent and capable of driving projects with little direct oversight.\n\nExceptionally detail oriented and well organized.\n\nExperience creating automated scripts with any programming language.\n\n*Please note that this position may require U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency status in the future depending on federal requirements*\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nSalary: The estimated base salary range for the position is $110,000-$154,000.
