FlexSteel - Manufacturing Line Operator II

This is a FlexSteel Pipe position and is located in Baytown, TX. Looking for entry level and senior level experience.Schedule:Rotating 2 weeks on day shift 2 weeks on night shift.Hours: 7am- 7pm and 7pm-7amEmployees can be on any of these shift schedules, candidates need to be comfortable with all:1. 108 hours per pay period : 1 week- Mon-Fri 2-week Mon- Thurs = 108 hours -- Repeat - Weekends off2. 96 hours per pay period : 2 days on- 2 days off- 3 days on- 2 days off- 3 days on- 2 days off-- Repeat (Every other weekend off every 4 weeks) = 96 hours per pay periodSUMMARYFlexSteel (www.flexsteelpipe.com) is an innovation-driven flexible pipe technology company. This role is crucial to ensuring the efficient and accurate production of our flexible pipes.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIESTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
