The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing custom WordPress themes and plugins, as well as proficiency in React for creating modern, responsive front-end experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins.\nCreate responsive and interactive front-end experiences using React.\nCollaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality web applications.\nOptimize website performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues in existing projects.\nStay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in PHP and JavaScript development.\nExtensive experience with WordPress, including custom theme and plugin development.\nProficiency in React and modern front-end development practices.\nStrong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.\nExperience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.\nFamiliarity with version control systems, such as Git.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nStrong communication and teamwork skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with other JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g., Node.js, Angular, Vue.js).\nKnowledge of modern build tools and workflows (e.g., esbuild, Webpack, Babel, npm).\nExperience with automated testing and continuous integration.\nContributions to open-source projects or a strong personal portfolio.\nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive salary and benefits package.\nFlexible working hours and remote work options.\nOpportunities for professional growth and development.\nA collaborative and inclusive work environment.\nAccess to the latest tools and technologies to support your work.\nCannaPlanners is an equal-opportunity employer.
