THIS IS A W2 ROLEHEALTHCARE DOMAIN EXPERIENCE IS A MUSTJob Title: Senior Data AnalystLocation: Onsite in Rocky Hill, CTJob Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities:Analyze and interpret complex healthcare data related to provider operations and claim processing to derive actionable insights.Develop and execute SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis from various databases.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings and support decision-making.Maintain data quality and integrity through rigorous validation and cleansing processes.Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.Document data analysis processes, methodologies, and results comprehensively.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and healthcare data management.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong emphasis on healthcare data, including provider and claim processing.Proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and analysis.Experience with SSIS is a plus but not required.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex data insights to non-technical audiences.Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar is preferred.Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus.
