The successful candidate will be committed to the highest level of integrity, trust and responsibility; bring a hands-on approach to day-to-day operations, and exhibit strong leadership, planning and management skills.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nOverall responsibility for maintaining relationships with the Division’s existing customer base, including:\ndeveloping strategies for customer management\nmonitoring and managing major customer issues\ndeveloping working relationships with multi-disciplines within the customer base\nnegotiating pricing and other commercial/contract issues\nOverall responsibility for developing new business with existing customers and new customers, including:\nworking with outside sales force to identify and penetrate customers within the Division’s defined market strategy\nmanaging the Division’s quotation process by qualifying new opportunities and prospects, prioritizing quotation opportunities within the division, developing and managing the sales strategy for each opportunity, and presenting important proposals to customers and prospects\nmanaging the new business award process – including contract negotiation.\nRegular travel to existing customers and prospects is required.\nProvide sales forecast and marketing development information for division business planning and long term strategic planning activities.\nParticipate in every aspect of new product launches.\nSupport multi-divisional corporate sales objectives.\nQualifications, Education and Experience\nCollege degree.
