In this position, you will oversee day‑to‑day testing and inspection operations, support utility and industrial clients, and ensure high‑quality, compliant service delivery. We’re looking for a strong leader with expertise in electrical utility systems, testing, and maintenance who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about developing teams and delivering exceptional client service. Preferred to have someone hybrid at one of our PSE offices.\n\nWhat You Will Be Doing\n\nEmbrace, uphold, and live out PSE’s core values around People, Problem‑Solving, and Progress.\n\nLead and support the daily operations of the Testing & Inspection team.\n\nProvide leadership, coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities for team members.\n\nServe as a key point of contact for project, operation, and client‑related matters.\n\nAnalyze test and inspection data and provide evaluations and recommendations on equipment performance.\n\nEnsure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.\n\nIdentify process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency.\n\nOperate electrical testing equipment and support maintenance, wiring, and equipment installation activities.\n\nPrepare test and inspection reports and communicate findings to clients and leadership.\n\nTravel up to 75% to client sites as needed.\n\nWhat You Will Need\nEducation and Experience\n\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.\n\nPrevious experience in utility systems testing, inspection, operations, or maintenance is required.\n\nPrior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.\n\n10+ years of experience working in utility, industrial, or substation environments strongly preferred.\n\nKnowledge and Skills\n\nStrong knowledge of electrical utility systems and equipment.\n\nAbility to analyze and interpret technical testing and inspection data.\n\nExcellent communication and client relationship management skills.\n\nCompensation\n\nSalary Range: $129,277 - $142,747 annually.\n\nThis salary range reflects the anticipated base salary for ten to fifteen years of relevant experience.
