Contacts are typically with individuals within own organization and occasionally with contacts outside own organization and involve obtaining or providing information requiring some explanation or interpretation.\nAnswers questions related to established policies and procedures. Directs people to the appropriate resource.\nCoordinates projects/assignments of broader scope, independently seeking appropriate internal and external resources as necessary such as: Assembling and distributing materials; Compiling, updating and/or tracking data; Verifying the accuracy of data collected.\nMakes decisions within established guidelines regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling of work.\nCreates and types routine documents (letters/memos/e-mails, presentations, etc.) and revises as necessary\nManages work in a confidential manner, ensuring information is shared with internal and external individuals in an appropriate manner.\nResponsible for providing HR guidance/support to client group(s) in most of the following areas: learning and development, talent acquisition, and company-wide events and meetings.\nFacilitate and oversee daily emergency repairs and maintenance as needed\nEnsure the timely maintenance of all office building operations and systems, including coordination of maintenance work.\nPerform other duties assigned\nQualification\nMin 1 year of experiences in Genera affairs or Human Resources\nAbility to multi-task\nStrong Attention to Detail\nExcellent Time Management Skills\nExceptional Communication and Customer Service Skills; Bi-lingual preferred(Korean+English)\nTechnical Skills, Including Proficiency With Microsoft Office Programs;\nStrong Prioritization and Organization Skills\nPhysical Requirements\nWork is considered low physical work in an office and production setting, requiring the exertion of 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 25 pounds of force frequently, and up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
