You'll make sure systems work properly, fix problems when they come up, and help improve how we use water efficiently and responsibly.Your work supports the beauty and health of the landscape-and helps protect water resources for the future.What You'll Be Doing:Install and fix different types of irrigation systems (sprinklers, drip systems, etc.)Inspect systems regularly for leaks or problemsSet and adjust timers and smart controllersRecommend upgrades to save water or improve performanceTeach customers how to use and take care of their irrigation systemsFollow safety rules and water-saving guidelinesWhat You Need:High school diploma or GED1+ years' of experience working with irrigation systemsBasic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems Nice to Have:Certification in irrigation or landscapingExperience with smart irrigation controllers and water-saving softwareKnowledge of local water rules or conservation practices Top Skills for Success:Able to install and repair irrigation systemsGood at spotting and fixing problemsCan talk clearly with teammates and customersComfortable using new tools and technologyKnow (or eager to learn) how to follow water-saving best practicesReady to Make a Difference?
