This will be a key finance leader reporting to the CFO, responsible for overseeing the accounting function, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, supporting SEC and Canadian compliance requirements, and strengthening internal controls as the company prepares for future SOX compliance. While mentoring and developing the team, this role leads the month-end close process, manages technical accounting under U.S. GAAP, partners across finance leadership, and develops scalable processes and systems to support the company’s growth strategy.
