The Solutions Architect will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as OneStream solution architecture, consulting, software development, integration, and business process analysis. The role is located in Toronto, ON, with flexibility for some remote work.QualificationsLead OneStream implementation and solutions through project full cycle – requirements and design, development, testing, training, implementation, and supportLead full pre-sales cycle – introduction, scoping, drafting estimate and proposal, creating statement of work contractCollaborate seamlessly with internal and client-side resources and effectively communicate across various audiences.Approach problems creatively and apply technology to solve business challengesAdhere to CPM projects delivery methodology and project standards, and ensure that project deliverables and milestones are completed on timeWork with leadership to develop and grow the practice further including revenue attainment, sales and marketing assets, partnership with OneStream, training, recruiting, onboarding, and staffingAlign with company Core values and embrace the company culture and internal initiatives, including community service, training, interviewing, and social/networking activitiesDegree in Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems10 + years’ experience implementing or optimizing OneStream or other EPM/CPM applications (Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Planning, Oracle EPM cloud, FCCS, EPBCS.Must have experience in delivering at least 5 full OneStream implementation lifecycles project on consolidations and Planning.Strong knowledge of the financial processes, including experience with financial close, consolidations, financial reporting, and FP&A.Deep understanding of accounting processes, including account reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, allocations, and top-side adjustments.Deep understanding on FP&A processes related to budgeting, planning and Forecasting.Prior experience gathering business requirements and translating those to help design a solution.Previous experience leading full-cycle EPM/CPM implementations.Experience with VB.net and other programming languages.Must have OneStream Certified Solutions Architect designation.Experience with data integration between different systems/sources.Compensation And BenefitsAs an employee of, you will gain exposure to an early stage growth company providing innovative opportunities to impact our clients in a meaningful way.
